State Senate Candidate & St. Louis University Professor Jeff Smith shows independent film "Can Mr. Smith Still go to Washington"

After the heated Democratic Primary in the City of St. Louis, Prof Jeff Smith is now unopposed in the November election for State Senate. He will be showing the independent film depicting his quest for the United States House of Representatives in 2004. Afterwards he will answer questions from the audience.

Both the Adair Dems and College Dems will have meetings on the 19th of September. The Adair Dems Meeting is at 7pm and is optional for College Dems. The College Dems meeting will follow at 8pm and will involve a recap of the Adair meeting.
National Canvassing Day
Local Dem Headquarters (Top floor of Montee Law Firm) across from the Water Park between HyVee and Pattersons on Baltimore
Across the Nation grassroots groups will be canvassing for the upcoming fall elections. The Truman Dems will be canvassing for candidates throgh the local Dem headquarters.

The Adair Democrats host their annual Fall Rally at the Montee Law Firm parking lot on September 29th. The event begins at 7pm and will feature Claire McCaskill as the keynote speaker. Come celebrate being a democrat and hear our national Senatorial Candidate. College Dems are always welcome.
